Presenting At Drupalcamp-ATL. CCK For Code Junkies

The votes are in and the organizers for Drupalcamp ATL have presented me with the opportunity to be able to present at the coming camp/conference on October 2nd. Out of the sessions that I proposed, my personal favorite of the bunch, "CCK for Code Junkies," was selected. w00t!

It has been some time since I've had the chance to speak in front of groups about Drupal and I'm actually kind of nervous. The last time I presented a session was two years ago at Drupalcamp NYC '08 and I remember being nervous getting in front of people and having to deal with some technical issues. Pretty much, my first experience wasn't ideal; rookie mistakes and such... and having the fire alarm go off was not much of a help, either.

As time has passed, and my experience has grown as well as my knowledge, this new opportunity has opened a new branch in my career and I can't be any more excited. I have been working on the presentation and creating slideshows, demo code and the lot. By taking a look at the past, I'm preparing to give a presentation and share my knowledge with the rockstar gusto that I'm known to have.

Well, here's to it!

Hope to see many of you at the camp!
